Do brides get excited about the wedding day? Why, yes, they do. But then, once in a while, along comes a bride who is just, well... crazy excited? (if you don't believe me, ask Kristi's family and friends) One phrase I kept hearing from Kristi was: "I'm getting married today!" I lost count after the 1,373rd time... And after they tied the knot, the mantra changed to "I got married today!" (there may be a "y'all" in there at the end of that phrase every so often). And yes, getting married they did...

I am not sure what is going on, but we've had so much rain in Alabama this year! This past Saturday, I was dreading another rainy day. However, I loved Amanda and Kyle's attitude. No worries. Madly in love, couldn't wait to be married, rain or shine. It did not matter. The day was awesome, despite of the crazy weather.

What a fun day this was! From the bride's parents' incredible backyard, to The Wine Loft, to Morris Avenue, to horse races, to a beautiful ceremony, to a fun reception, to a couple madly in love with each other, the fun never stopped...

It was a beautiful day in May of 2007. Raeanna and Jon's wedding was awesome. Two years later, we had another beautiful day and had a blast doing anniversary photos. I think they're just as much in love today as they were the day they said "I do" to each other. Or maybe even more...

Even with the looming threat of serious weather headed to Auburn this past weekend, the festivities took place and everything went without a hitch. God was good to us and we had awesome weather throughout the day.
