Rania & Terry

Ceremony: Holy Trinity-Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Cathedral, Birmingham, AL
Reception: The Club, Birmingham, AL

"Rain, rain, go away,
Come again another day."

Once again, the crazy Alabama weather showed up this past Saturday. While it rained most of the day, we did manage to get a few photos outside while the sun was shining for just a few brief moments. Yet, like other couples as of late, Rania and Terry had the same attitude: "It's all good. It may be raining, but, so what? We'll still enjoy our wedding day." And enjoy they did. Between the awesome church, incredible Greek music and dancing, the good show the Tide put on (which the guests had thoroughly enjoyed during the reception), and a beautiful couple, the day was a great, great celebration.

Meredith & Ross

Ceremony: First Baptist Church of Birmingham, AL
Reception: First Baptist Church of Birmingham, AL

Weather in Alabama has been rather interesting lately. This past Saturday was no exception. It started out sunny, then it rained, then it cleared up, then it rained again and then in poured like mad. While it may have been wet outside, nothing could dampen the spirits of those inside. Meredith and Ross were so happy and in love. Nobody could deny it. The wedding party was an awesome bunch as well. A good time was had by all...

Emma, Bubba & Bubby

It is so sweet to hear Emma call her big brothers "Bubba" and "Bubby." She's a mess!

Little Miss Emma

It may have been a nice, lazy day for our family today, but we did manage to take a few pics.

Brianna & Steven

Ceremony: St. Xavier Catholic Church, Birmingham, AL
Reception: The Sheraton, Birmingham, AL

Us photographers are an interesting bunch. Most of us are great friends, even though we compete, as hard as we can, against each other. Yet, our friendships are stronger than the desire to acquire clients. This past weekend I photographed a wedding with a friend of mine, Ashley, of Ashley Warren Studios, and these photos are courtesy of her willingness to let me "come out and play."
